Moving Trucks

Woodland Hills Movers have multipurpose moving trucks and trailers of different sizes and models.

They are divided into a fleet of local and long distance trucks; straight trucks and tractor-trailers.

Smaller trucks can accommodate relocation of apartments and comfortably maneuver in the urban environment. While larger trucks transport larger loads, they have tougher time finding parking in the city. Smaller trucks some times are used to shuttle long distance loads into large trailers that have no access to some of the locations up in the winy hill roads or small alley ways in the city. Using large trailers for transportation of local moves is very rare. However, trailers can haul large size and heavy loads, multiple households going in the same general direction. Having deliveries made for half almost half the cost and getting from coast to coast in half the time. As tractors have sleeper cabs, allowing a team of two drivers, continue transportation stopping at interstate check points and fuel stations, while consuming around the same amount of fuel as the large straight truck, that has less then half the capacity of a trailer and providing no sleeping arrangements, drivers must go off duty every 9 hours to rest at a motels.
