Woodland Hills Movers offers clients a climate controlled warehouse storage facility. Residential customers are able to save up to 50% off their local self storage bill by placing their shipment in our warehouse.

Warehouse storage for residential customers is a much safer and less expansive option than self storage places. Your items are securely placed in wooden storage vaults. The vaults are designed for household goods. They can carry up to 300 cubic feet of furniture, boxes and appliances. Each vault is marked and is placed in an assigned stop in the warehouse. The items that go into vaults are inventoried and the form is signed by both customer and the movers. The copies are held by customer, the warehouse and the moving office.

Customers that require long term storage are definitely benefit from putting their items in storage vaults. They are kept dry, cool, and treated against bugs and rodents. The warehouse has a 24 hour surveillance and security system that alarms the management, police and fire department in case of emergency.

The items that don't belong in storage are chemicals, flammables, perishables and items that you may need access to prior to the move out date as customers are not allowed inside warehouse facility. The only people inside warehouse are movers on the day of move in and move out and a warehouse manager.
